Caponies Express (closed)

Owners Tony and Dan have been in the pizza business since 1996 and have recently taken the city by storm with their mobile addition of Caponies Express. WTTW had the pleasure of debuting their wood burning oven at the Check, Please! Food Truck Fest and we’re hoping this new addition becomes a staple on the truck.

If you’re looking for a standard two scoop ice cream cone, you’ve come to the wrong place. Ice-Cubed is a one-of-a-kind find! While specializing in frozen treats, these mixologists have taken the food truck scene by storm with their non-traditional frozen delicacies. Owner Erica Stone-Miller has a personality as big as her truck and is constantly creating new and innovative flavor combinations.
