WTTW had the pleasure of debuting their wood burning oven at the Check, Please! Food Truck Fest and we’re hoping this new addition becomes a staple on the truck.

Owner Erica Stone-Miller has a personality as big as her truck and is constantly creating new and innovative flavor combinations.
