WTTW’s Emmy award-winning weekly restaurant review series Check, Please! is hosted by Alpana Singh, who moderates a rotating panel of three “citizen” reviewers. Season 18 premieres on Friday, October 26 at 8:00 pm. Join us as we continue the journey around Chicago neighborhoods.

If you have a favorite Chicagoland eatery that you'd like to review on a future episode of Check, Please!, please complete the form below. We can only consider applications that recommend a restaurant not already reviewed on the show. Use the Search function on this site to make sure your choice is not in the list of already-reviewed restaurants.

Please note that in order to appear on the show, you must be able to take a few hours off on a weekday to participate in a taping at the WTTW studios. And remember, the more articulate you are on the entry form, the more likely it is that you'll be considered as a guest. Keep in mind that we love to hear about restaurants that are "off the beaten path" – the more unusual, the better!
