If you’re looking for a standard two scoop ice cream cone, you’ve come to the wrong place. Ice-Cubed is a one-of-a-kind find! While specializing in frozen treats, these mixologists have taken the food truck scene by storm with their non-traditional frozen delicacies. Owner Erica Stone-Miller has a personality as big as her truck and is constantly creating new and innovative flavor combinations.

The Ice-Cubed menu ranges from sweet to salty. Their outlandish ice-pop menu features items like the State of Unigi (jasmine rice and Unagi crystals) and the Sweet and Sour (pickled watermelon rind, cider vinegar, lime, and Tabasco). Most impressive? A prix-fixe 5-course of Italy option: Prosecco, Lemon Beet Salad, Brasaeola, Veal Ragu Tomato Confit, and Tiramisu.

Don’t let these outrageous flavors fool you. There are plenty of pops for a sweet tooth. For something fruity, try the Wheel of Fortune with strawberry, lime, and kiwi. Or the decadent The Circus in Town with chocolate fudge ice cream, malted cherries, and sprinkles sounds.

While their menu is often revolving, everyone is bound to walk away with something delicious from the Ice-Cubed truck.
