Rotisserie Smoked Chicken

Chicken Rub:
1 cup Lawry's
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Parsley
1 cup Garlic Powder
1 cup Black Pepper
2/3 cup Cumin
2/3 cup Poultry Seasoning
1/3 cup Paprika

Mix seasonings thoroughly and rub evenly on quartered chicken

Refrigerate chicken for 12-24 hours

Smoke chicken at 225° (approximately 60 minutes) or until juices run clear*

* Smoked meats often have a small amount of redness when fully cooked
