Kung Pao Beef

Ingredients for Marinade:
16 oz rib eye (sliced)
Pure Soy

2 oz chili garlic black bean sauce
2 oz sweet chili paste
2 oz Lanchi chili sauce
3 oz peanuts (roasted)
1 oz cilantro
Sugar (to taste)
1 cup oil
Potato starch (optional)
2 chilies

Marinate rib eye with soy, salt and sugar. Let stand for fifteen minutes. Heat oil in a wok or sauté pan. Add chilies, cook to perfume. Add beef and sauté. Add chili garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce. Add lanchi chili paste and sauté gently and let meat absorb flavors. Add scallion, cilantro and peanuts. Add salt and sugar.
