More so than ever before, diners are hungry for a little Vitamin D with their dinner.
It’s almost that time of year, the extended week where Chicago goes ballistic for craft beer. The 5th Annual Chicago Craft Beer Week takes place May 15 through May 25, a celebration of the city’s ever-burgeoning craft beer scene. Hosted by the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, this year is bound to be bigger and better than ever, what with Chicago’s beer scene experiencing colossal numbers over the past years.

One of the most reliable harbingers of spring, the raucous holiday is an apt opportunity to kick back and celebrate the finality of an elongated winter, and no better way to celebrate than with an avalanche of tacos, margaritas, and guacamole. Chicago being a hotbed for Mexican culture in the U.S., the city is filled with destinations and events for all of these delicacies and much more.
