The Perfect Chicago Hot Dog
Natural casing, all-beef hot dog, preferably Vienna Beef Fresh poppyseed hot dog bun, steamed Yellow mustard Neon green relish Chopped onions Slices of fresh tomato Dill pickle spear Sport peppers (optional) Celery salt
1. Grill or steam hot dog.
2. Place hot dog in steamed bun.
3. Top with – in order – mustard, relish, onions, tomato, pickle, peppers, if desired, and celery salt.
4. Chow down, my friend.
