Paris Club Hosts French Chef Dinner Series [RESCHEDULED]

Get a taste of France without leaving Chicago by heading to Paris Club this week to dine on dishes from Michelin-starred chef Denis Fétisson and pastry chef Pascal Giry of La Place de Mougins, which is located outside of Cannes, France. The dinner, which is available June 5-7 June 25 - 27, continues Paris Club’s series of bringing in chefs from around the world.

The four-course menu will offer elegant summer dishes and will include wine pairings. Start with a golden egg and caviar to whet your appetite, and then move onto langoustine carpaccio with citrus essence and apple. The second course features braised octopus with fennel and confit tomatoes, and the main course consists of lamb with honey-roasted carrots and black olive cream. End the meal with a slice of vanilla cheesecake accented with crystallized rose petals and frozen grapefruit.

The event starts each night at 6:30 pm with passed canapés and cocktails and dinner starts at 7:15 pm.
