Refined cocktail classics are all the rage these days, as more and more mixologists look back for menu inspiration. Upping the ante on said inspiration is The Promontory, which is serving up a month-long spree of classic cocktails this month, featuring 30 timeworn drinks every day of April.

30 Days of Classic Cocktails is happening now at the Hyde Park restaurant, featuring a calendar chock full of legendary libations. It’s the ultimate agenda for die-hard cocktail connoisseurs, from familiar standbys like the Manhattan to more uncommon creations like the Lion’s Tail. All in all, the calendar traverses centuries of cocktail lore, from the Cosmopolitans of the 1970s to the Vespers of the 1980s.

Drinks include everything from Boulevardiers and French 75s to Pegu Clubs, Margaritas, Pisco Sours, and Pink Squirrels.
