Identitá Golose Master Class

Identitá Chicago offers two head-to-head chef master classes featuring award-winning chefs from Italy and the U.S. Each seminar, the chefs are tasked to create a dish that best represents an “Homage to Italy” and guests sample each of the chefs’ dishes paired with an Italian wine.  The educational and interactive seminars feature discussions about today’s global culinary trends and techniques.
