Chicken Pozharsky

Chicken Breast — 1 lb
Eggs — 1 each
Spanish Onions — 1 each
Pepper — to taste
Salt to taste
Vodka — 2 tablespoons
White Bread — 4 slices

Take 2 bread slices, cover them with cold water, let soak for 2 minutes. Grind chicken breast, onions, mix thoroughly together with egg, vodka and soaked bread. Let the mixture sit for couple minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Make patties, roll in white bread cubes. Put light layer of oil on the baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees.

Makes 6 croquettes.
