Cupcakes for Courage

Supporting a good cause while eating cupcakes? Now that’s an idea we can get behind!

Cupcakes for Courage taste as sweet as their story. Sisters Kathryn and Laura Pekarik started their food truck journey after Kathryn was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin T-cell Lymphoma in May of 2010. It was a benefit supporting Kathryn where family and friends first noticed Laura’s delicious cupcakes. It didn’t take long for orders to start pouring in by the dozen and soon Cupcakes for Courage emerged.

Wagyu Wagon (closed)

The Wagyu Wagon is a beast. Not only is it the biggest food truck on the road, they pride themselves on their selection of locally grown, sustainable, quality food. This lean, mean, grilling machine cooks on board and offers a rotating seasonal mouthwatering menu.
