Directions: Start with 50 fresh scallops

Mix together the following ingredients:

6 cups bechamel sauce
3 cups chopped spinach
½ cup parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. bacon bits
1 cup Panko bread crumbs

Cook at 350° F for 20 minutes.
