When it comes to Halloween dining, drinking, and activities, there’s so much more to it than candy and bobbing for apples. From offal-themed dinners to Goldfish-eating challenges, here are some surefire bets for unique Halloween fun this year in Chicago.

Everyone’s favorite fish-shaped snack is the center of an eating competition on Halloween, wherein participants vie for a chance to win tickets to a Chicago Bears game. Enter the challenge here. Additionally, Fish Bar will also host a three-course snow crab boil for Halloween with pumpkin brews and ciders to accompany, in case that is more enticing to you than scarfing down crackers.
