New Menu Formats at Terzo Piano & Acadia

Sometimes, you just need to switch things up. Both Terzo Piano and Acadia recently switched around their menu formats to reflect what diners were ordering. Here’s what you can expect.

At Terzo Piano in the Art Institute of Chicago, the new menu offers a small bites section, a pasta section, more sandwiches, and more entrees. Small bites include English pea spread crostino and sandwiches include grilled asparagus with tarragon aioli and hard-boiled egg. For pasta, try the spaghettini with bottarga, lemon zest, garlic, Calabrian chili, parsley, and breadcrumbs, while new entrees include roasted Skuna Bay salmon with tzatziki, asparagus, kalamata olives, red onion, and golden beets.

At Acadia, the a la carte menu is being replaced by a prix fixe menu. While there’s still a bar menu, the prix fixe menu will feature three courses with optional wine pairings. Dishes include Spanish baby octopus with elements of white gazpacho; Strube Ranch Wagyu with broccoli, cashew, oyster, and fermented black beans; and a raspberry-pistachio dessert.
