Bergstein’s NY Deli

As natives of New York, the Bergstein family missed the convenience of a corned beef sandwich, potato pancake and matzo ball soup at any hour of the day, so they brought the experience to us with their deli truck.

The deli sandwiches hit the spot. With specialties like the Rachel (turkey, Swiss, 1,000 Island, and coleslaw on a pretzel roll) or the Smokey Joe (Nova lox, white fish salad, tomato, and chive cream cheese on challah), you’re bound to find something delicious to nosh on. Don’t let the New York thing get in the way…this truck shows Chicago some love with sandwiches like the Second City with turkey, salami, and Muenster on a pretzel roll.
