Ingredients:
3/4 fresh salmon
1 tbsp small capers chopped
½ tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh shallot
1 tsp fresh chives
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
(serves 4)
Directions:
Dice the salmon and mix all tartar ingredients. Garnish with sour cream and black caviar.
