Cochon 555, the traveling heritage pig cook-off, comes to Chicago for a dinner tonight at Sepia and a tasting event on Sunday at the Four Seasons.
One of the best parts about living in Chicago is our close proximity to so many great farms and food producers. We can find fresh cheeses, jams, inventive beers, charcuterie, and much more, all of which is made in our backyard.
