Chef Tim Lavelle augments the regular menu with specials such as a Heart Beet Salad with hearts of palm, tricolor roasted beets, bell peppers, crumbled blue cheese and mixed greens; and a Bleeding Heart Filet Mignon with port wine reduction, Dauphinoise potatoes and dried cranberry haricot verts. The Naughty Cupid, a bubbly beverage with Lucien Albrect Brut Rose, Spirit Works sloe gin, pomegranate juice and orange juice will also be featured.
The food specials will be on offer from 4-11 p.m. February 12-13 and from 4-9 p.m. February 14 and the cocktail will be on offer regular all weekend.
