Wicker Park’s Tex-Mex saloon augments Fat Tuesday specials ($2 all tacos, $5 Classic or High Noon margaritas, $4 Tecate tall boys and $3 Corazon tequila shots) with Jambalaya, a Big Easy favorite made with smoked sausage, shrimp, rice, tomatoes, bell pepper and onions ($9), and handcrafted Sazerac cocktails made with rye whiskey, absinthe, sugar and bitters ($8).
