Lynfred Winemakers Andres Basso and Rodrigo Gonzalez host a wine boot camp. Activities include: fermentation tank maintenance, grape crushing, a chemistry panel, and blending session. Lunch with the winemakers follows the morning session, including the blended wines created during morning mission. Menu prepared by Lynfred Chef Celeste Pasag.
