It seems like just yesterday Doug Sohn pulled the plug on his legendary hot dog emporium, Hot Doug’s. It also feels as if he never left, considering all the pop-up events and guest chef appearances he’s been doing, such as his Hot Doug’s-inspired pizza at Piece Pizzeria recently. But the Sausage King is ready to make his biggest encore appearance to date in June at Goose Island Barrel Warehouse for a weekend-long Hot Doug’s pop-up.
