Beef Stroganoff

4 lbs. Sirloin or Tenderloin
3 lbs. Onions
3.2 lbs Mushrooms
3.2 oz. Cooking Wine
4 lbs. Sour Cream
1 lb. Heavy Cream
.4 lbs. Dill
.80 cups Dijon Mustard

Sauté beef, onions with a touch of heavy cream for 25 minutes on medium heat. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Makes 12 servings.
