Summer’s in the air and now it’s in your glass. Cocktail bars and restaurants have recently added icy cocktails perfect for summer’s hottest days. Here’s what to drink now.

Scofflaw
The Logan Square bar released a whole new cocktail list last week and it includes a piña colada. Made with rum, pineapple, and coconut, it’s simple, fun, and garnished with a pineapple wedge.

Parson’s Chicken & Fish
The cocktail of the summer is, without a doubt, Parson’s frozen Negroni slushy. The potent drink has a nice balance between gin and Luxardo Bitter, and it’s garnished with orange peel.

Sable
In Spain, gintonics are serious, and there are tons of different gins, tonics, and garnishes. Sable is celebrating the cocktail by making their own versions, like pineapple and lime.

The Whistler
Lower alcohol drinks are ideal for summer, and the Whistler is offering a session cocktail, The Twin Engine. Made with Cynar and Cocchi Americano Rosa, the drink is perfect for sipping all night.
