Good Good Granola by Twofold

For some, the American dream takes the form of granola. That’s the case for Twofold, an artisanal Chicago-based company offering a slew of wholesome packaged snacks that make life-on-the-go infinitely more satisfying. The idea for the company unfolded when founders Jennifer Blaeser and Paula Morawski grew wary of the lack of healthy food available to them while traveling for their corporate careers. The two always valued eating healthy, and decided to take it into their own hands, seeking to create a non-GMO product free of refined sugars and added oils. The result is Twofold, a company founded on the concept of “really good good food,” popping up all over Chicagoland grocery shelves.

Shortly after Blaeser and Morawski started making their own food and bringing it with them on their travels, others caught on and quickly became intrigued when they would get a taste. Inspired by the impact they were having on their compatriots, the duo decided to take the next massive step and make a business out of it, leaving corporate America in favor of changing the world one bag of granola at a time.

Twofold is committed to using only the highest quality products available, with no additives or preservatives. Pure maple syrup is the sweetener of choice, and granola mixes are 30% whole nuts, making them more akin to a hearty bag of trail mix. They source locally whenever possible, make everything by hand in small batches out of Kitchen Chicago, and sell to independent stores to continue supporting other small businesses.
