Gramercy Tavern's executive chef and partner Michael Anthony and executive chef Lee Wolen of Boka host a five-course dinner highlighting recipes from Anthony's newly released coobook, "V is for Vegetables". Sample dishes for the evening include Salted Hakurei Turnips with Lemon Confit, Daikon Kinpira, and Ribeye with Chimmichurri accompanied by Leeks and Tangerine and Pasilla Sauce.
