Wild Monk teams up with BrickStone Brewery to create a six-course menu of gastropub fare matched with six of BrickStone’s signature brews, including its new seasonal Midnight Pumpkin Ale made with light caramel malts, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans, and pounds of real pumpkin.
