Kendall Trust's "Blank Canvas Dining Series"

Guests enjoy the tastes of New Orleans without leaving Chicago, with a 5-course dinner created by Darin Nesbit, executive chef of New Orleans’ Bourbon House. Dishes include chicken and sausage gumbo, and bourbon barbecued shrimp shortcake. All proceeds benefit the Kendall College Trust scholarship fund.
