On New Year’s Eve, Chef Lee Ann Whippen prepares an Apple-Smoked Dry-Rubbed Rack of Lamb Special served with sautéed haricot verts and cranberries, and candied sweet potatoes with smoked pecans. This dish will be available for $38. There are discounted sparkling wine prices and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. In addition, guests who dine at the restaurant on New Year’s Eve are invited back for New Year’s Day brunch to receive 10% off their bill with their receipt.
