The evening begins with a reception, followed by a 5-course dinner showcasing recipes and inspiration from Lettice Bryan's The Kentucky Housewife and The Foxfire Book of Appalachian Cookery, and paired with 5 whiskeys from Van Winkle and Buffalo Trace distilleries.
