III Forks Prime Steakhouse's Executive Chef Billy Caruso's offers a prix fixe Easter brunch menu featuring a choice of salad, entree and dessert for $50 per person. A three course children's prix-fixe is available for kids 12 and under ($17). Guests may also choose to dine from the a la carte Easter menu.
