Farmer's Market Gazpacho

Ingredients:
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 ½ pounds tomatoes peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
3 stalks celery cut into chunks
1 green pepper cut into chunks
1 yellow pepper cut into chunks
1 medium onion cut into chunks
2 cloves of garlic cut into chunks
½ bunch cilantro
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 quart tomato juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup chicken stock
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Process ingredients in batches in the work bowl of a food processor, or in any large bowl with a hand-held blender; process until coarse. Serve chilled with a dollop of sour cream and chopped cilantro to garnish.
