The Tex-Mex eatery offers the regular a la carte brunch menu with choices such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles and French toast, and adds additional Easter entrees such as buttermilk biscuits with white wine sausage gravy and rib-eye steak with chimichurri sauce.
