All-Star Chef Seminars at The Italian Food and Wine Festival

2 head-to-head chef demonstrations are offered, each concentrating on a key ingredient. In each seminar, the chefs will be tasked to create their best dish, the first demonstration using truffles and the second using rice. Demonstrations are held from 12-1pm and 6-7pm.
