Executive Chef Boyd Cheong presents a special menu which offers a Japanese spin on the traditional turkey-centric feast. Festive dishes include Shichimi Spice Japanese-Style Fried Turkey with roasted beets, Braised Turkey Rice Hot Pot, and Sweet Potato with Ginger Teriyaki. In addition to these holiday-themed dishes, the restaurant will also offer a limited à la carte menu where the restaurant’s staple premium steaks, seafood, and sushi will also be available.
