Five-Minute Holiday Breads: Hands on Cooking Class

Participants learn how to bake holiday breads without going through the long process of kneading dough. Madelaine Bullwinkel, residence chef at Alliance Francaise de Chicago cooks from Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois' "The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". Three breads perfect for holiday season will be made: Cranberry Walnut Bread, Challah and Hard and Onion Rolls.
