Madelaine Bullwinkel, residence chef at Alliance Francaise de Chicago cooks from Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois' "The New Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". Three breads perfect for holiday season will be made: Cranberry Walnut Bread, Challah and Hard and Onion Rolls.
