Chef Sarah Stegner and Chef turned farmer Trace Vowell serve up a menu for Winter Market that uses ingredients from local farms including Genesis Growers and Three Sisters Garden. The menu features: Three Sisters Garden Oatmeal Cake with Maple Creek Farm Bacon and Burton Maple Syrup, Heirloom Squash Soup served with Popcorn, and Pulled Pork Sandwich with Apple, Turnip, and Winter Radish Slaw. Desserts include: Sarah's Mom's Pecan or Pumpkin Pie.
