This cooking class menu will feature dishes from Mark Bittman’s "Quick and Easy" including: Cabbage Soup with Apples, Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sherry Sauce, Fennel Gratin and Cranberry Clafoutis. This class will be taught by Alekka Sweeney, executive chef and founder of the Give Me Some Sugar in Roscoe Village.
