In this candy making class taught by pastry chef Kelly Dull, students will learn some of the basic candy-making techniques that will help them create delicious treats sure to impress their sweetheart on Valentine's Day. Students will learn to properly cook sugar, work with it at different stages and learn basic chocolate tempering. The menu includes marshmallows, rolled truffles, pate de fruit, and chocolate dipped peppermints.
