Chefs Chrissy Camba and Adam Wendt have invited Filipino Kitchen to guest chef for the January edition of Maddy's Dumpling House pop-up dinner at Salero. Theme is BAGO, which means 'new' in Tagalog. The menu consists of dumplings along with 3 sides, 3 entrees and a dessert.
