Executive Chef Cardel Reid prepares a multi-course feast. A starter’s buffet spread welcomes guests with a variety of selections such as king crab legs, charcuterie with assorted mustards & American cheeses, in addition to seasonal salads and soups. Guests can watch chef personally carve slices of the prime rib, where they can also order customized salads. The main course follows with traditional and non-traditional gluten-free and vegetarian friendly options such as Roasted Plainville Farm Turkey Breast with turkey roulade, caramelized onion stuffing, with traditional gravy, Roasted Pork Loin with potato hash, or Pan Seared Seitan. Each guest over the age of 21 will receive one complimentary champagne cocktail with their meal.
