A Catalan-Inspired Thanksgiving at Mercat a la Planxa

Guests are invited to a Spanish feast this Thanksgiving with a wide selection of tapas and other plates. Guests will be treated to a set menu served in three courses with a dessert to finish. Lighter first courses include Ruta de Xato al Mercat, a salad made with house smoked salmon, bitter greens, Cornicabra olives, and nora chile picada, as well as Mercat’s signature Truita de Patata made with potatoes, eggs, smoked wild char roe, and potato aioli. Mercat serves their Pavo in the style of turkey ballotine with razor clam stuffing and sherry pan gravy.
