In partnership with Mexican tapas restaurant Altiro Latin Fusion, the celebration features a 7-course, prix-fixe menu. Chef Alain Roby's menu features Mexican staples Ceviche, Scallop Salad, Taco de Filette-Beff Tenderloin, Mole Tacos, and Sea Bass Tacos. Diners finish the meal with Pineapple-Tequila-Sorbetto and a grand Mayan Chocolate Pyramid & Rain Forest Fruit, created exclusively for the celebration by All Chocolate Kitchen owner and Chef Alain Roby. An open bar featuring an over-the-top margarita selection is also available.
