Susan Ungaro, president of the James Beard Foundation shares the history of James Beard and evolution of the James Beard Foundation. Samples of James Beard's favorite recipes will be served. Cost of the lecture is $10, $3 for students and no charge for CHC members and Kendall students and faculty.
