Northwestern University's Sustainable Food Talks is a program working to educate community members about issues in local and sustainable food. In their latest talk series, local restaurant panelists offer their input for a discussion on what it really means to be a "green restaurant." Panelists include Amy Morton, owner of Evanston's Found Kitchen and Eloise Karlatiras, President of Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition.
