Balena and Chef Pandel are hosting a special event with Massimo Bottura to celebrate his book, "Never Trust A Skinny Italian Chef". Balena invites guests to enjoy a seated Italian-­inspired dinner. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet with Massimo and receive a personalized copy of the cookbook.
