Coppervine hosts a 4-course cocktail pairing dinner hosted by Dr. Sonat Birnecker of Koval Distillery. Koval is the first distillery in Chicago since Prohibition; they make handcrafted organic and kosher whiskey, liqueurs, and brandy.
