Valentine's Day at Prairie Grass Cafe

Chefs Sarah Stegner and George Bumbaris will prepare some Valentine’s Day brunch and dinner specials, including a complimentary heart-shaped cookie for children.  The brunch menu includes the Prairie Grass Cafe Signature Benedict ($12), Create Your Own Omelet ($10.75), Lemon Ricotta Pancakes ($12), Ancho Marinated Skirt Steak ($27), Traditional Smoked Salmon Plate ($15), and Sautéed Lake Superior Whitefish ($22).  Prairie Grass Cafe’s Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu Specials include: BLT Salad, Sautéed Bass with Herbed Bread Crumb topping, BBQ Braised "Creekstone" Short Ribs, Pear Financier, and more.
