Chicken Ala Tippi

Ingredient List:
2-6 ounces of Chicken breasts, pounded thin
Season with salt and pepper, and a little olive oil
 
Batter
3 eggs, beaten
Chopped Fresh basil
¼ cup white wine (we use Chablis)
Zest of lemon
 
 
Directions: 
Mix batter ingredients together.
 
Lightly flour chicken breasts. Dip the chicken into batter. Panfry in Olive oil until chicken is done. 
 
Arrange cooked chicken on your plate. Pour remaining sauce from pan over the chick and then add lemon slices to top.
