Happy hour has just gotten tastier. Pass on the bowl of peanuts and head to The Florentine and Trenchermen for snacks that raise the bar.

At Trenchermen, snacks are complimentary with a drink purchase during happy hour each day from 5:30-7 pm. Sip drinks like the Divide & Concord, made with gin, concord grapes, absinthe, and egg white, or the Pioneer, made with a pine needle whiskey that we wrote about a few weeks ago. While you’re sipping, snack on dishes like black pepper and lime corn nuts, wild rice and cashew kettle corn, white cheddar chicharrones, and housemade BBQ beef jerky.

If you’ve wanted to check out The Florentine’s pizza, there’s no better time than during happy hour Monday-Friday from 4-6 pm. If you purchase an alcoholic beverage (beer, glass of wine, or classic cocktail like a Negroni), you’ll get a free pie for the table. Offerings include the Margherita, topped with tomato and basil; Sausage, with housemade sausage, roasted fennel, and radicchio; and Brussels sprout with sprout leaves, house-cured pancetta, and pecorino.
